Introductions
Getting to Know You

There are probably 3 ways you can get to know a person on-line... you can believe what they tell you about themselves... you can believe what others tell you about them... or you can read their posts and decide for yourself. *VBG* Here's a short example and we'll pick one of our favourite characters for this exercise. It all begins when a new member to the Lounge Group introduces herself to us all.

Keep in mind, Little Red Haired Girl (aka LRHG, Red, RHG) doesn't know any of us. 'Nor does she know about the *it* story - yet - so I'm kind of glad this didn't leap out of her post or there may have been a feeding frenzie. *chuckle* ... not to worry LRHG - we're all going to help you! Now along comes our favourite character. He enters on page 2 of all the welcoming messages.

Hello Heart of Stone and big smiles here! Very nice to meet you. Hmmmm...being "framed" are ya? Sheeesh! I HATE when that happens!:) Well, anytime you care to tell me your version of things, you feel free! The door is always open. Hi Karen, and uh oh is right, I think! Shhh...can you keep a secret? Well.... Heart of Stone sent me a message claiming to be "framed"! (giggle) Please don't let on that I told you, ok? I'd like this to stay between you, I, and the zillion other people who might read this!:) Maybe I should get more versions of "the story"? lol And I must say, I am having the best time with these boards! Everyone has been so wonderful! Hope you had a great weekend! And let me know about coffee!

almost has been HOS!.... started a new job as a "Personal Security Professional" last Mar, and am currently between assignments at this time, so I shall be popping in and out from time to time! Glad to see you haven't lost your wit! After all, it's nice to see someone lower in the gutter than myself...LOL

The Story
RHG! The abbreviated version is, in a forum long, long ago...I was do a test thread to try out my HTML, and told people to ignore the post. And certain individuals led by one unnamed individual august took that post to extreme heights with sexual inuendos *S*.....It was a stressful time in my life *LOL*....

Coffee sounds Great!! And Demotte! Too cool!!! That's only a few minutes from where we are (well, for me probably about 45 minutes since I'm still getting lost in this area - LOL).
As for the message about Heart "claiming to be framed" ...I won't tell a soul *wink*

...but I guess someone should be warning you about a few things here... hmmmm, let's see... Heart has this tendancy to try to convince all who meet him how innocent he is, heck, he even once impersonated a priest (or was that a minister? *VBG*)

He has single handedly (or does he use both hands to type now? *hehehe*) managed to drag several people at once into a gutter or two (refer to Duane's post above *giggle*) and he has been known to bounce into totally uncontrollable vine-swinging outbursts (BB will have to come in here to explain that part of the story - or maybe Kalima can...). In addition, HOS will occasional post links that lead to very embarrassing sites which have led many of us down the wrong path in life... LOL!!!! ...and there seems to be few people, if any, who can control him.

Now, Alexis can surprise him into place occasionally, and Miki can sure wrestle him down now and then, and Shosh has a special technique all her own *g* ...but that's usually when he calls in reinforcements (refer to Duane's post above again... *hehehe*).

Hmmmm... have I forgotten anything here?

RHG leans back in her comfy chair, hands behind head and listens (intently, of course) to HOS tell his version of "things".  "hmmmmmmmm"....."I see"......"uh huh"....."really?"...."well, my goodness!"....."you poor thing!"...... Wow! After hearing that sad, sad tale, I just have to ask...... "And how do you feel about that?" LOL Looks for the box of tissues....shaking head....oh, the injustice of it all.....poor, poor HOS....:) Makes a note to suggest HOS ask if he can borrow the "I am innocent" pic.:)

LOL! OMG! I thought I would die laughing from HOS and his "story"! And thanks for the warning! "Professionally" speaking (man, the Web offers degrees in everything now!).....I'm thinking HOS may be in need of very extensive "therapy". Just haven't quite completed the diagnosis to determine what kind of treatment would best suit his situation!:) I'm thinking at this point (until he feels stronger), maybe he should be handled with kid gloves!:) Sounds like he might benefit greatly from that! LOL

Keep me posted on his "progress", please! I know I can trust you to give me the full and truthful story!:) And thanks for keeping the secret! Poor, HOS....I'd just hate for him to think I didn't believe his version of things. Might hurt his little feelings and cause him a whole new bunch of issues to "handle".:) Lost in the area? I can sure understand that! All those cornfields sure look alike don't they? LOL  Will run for now and further analize this story of HOS!:) Sure hope I can help the poor, lost soul!:) big smiles!
