First: The numbers, based on our test results...
Click here to view a sample sponsored card in a separate window... This card has already reached over 400 people in 9 days of circulation (via icq and email) but that isn't what makes it so amazing. The amazing part is the click through traffic to other links on it. The banner ad received only 2% (which is still high considering most are between .8% and 1.5%) and was removed after the 9 day test, but the text links produced a whopping 45% click through!! That's 180 people that checked out sponsorship text links to other pages when they viewed this card. Here's the kicker - it's a Mother's Day Card and Mother's Day is more than 5 weeks away at the time of drafting this page.
Second: Your Web Presence...
Using the sponsorship program YOU select the card that most identifies with the IMAGE you want to present to the world. Two complete free icq greeting card sites will be part of this program, one hosted here at www.auniverse.com and another hosted at www.time4me.com, both of which are highly promoted to the Internet World and each of which offer a unique "feel" to cards they host. If you're seeking to be identified with a conservative image you would probably prefer to select a card from time4me.com. If on the other hand you want to appear futuristic you would more than likely prefer www.auniverse.com. In either case, once you pick a card (from those left unsponsored) it's your advertising vehicle for one full year! (...non-refundable, non-transferable...)
Third: Target your exposure...
Choose your category deciding when your busiest period would/could be based on your own site knowledge and sponsor the card that best meets your desired traffic time period and potential customer group. Here is a sample list of the categories available currently (with more coming soon).

Fourth: The cost...
Your first card is a mere $2.50/month - covering one full year (paid annually in advance - terms and conditions apply). It includes one text sponsor link at the top of your card and 4 additional links at the bottom pointing to various sections of your site. The only 2 links which cannot be revised or removed are the floral buttons/text links (owing to agreements set up with our ap's at this time), bottom banner, and the main card directory link(s). Imagine, reaching potentially thousands, possibly millions, of new customers that may not have otherwise even heard of you. Hit the high seasons if you like by sponsoring more than one card. Your first card is $2.50/month - additional cards can be sponsored at $5/month (same terms and conditions apply). How can you afford not to cash in on this opportunity?
Fifth: This opportunity will not last long...
There is a maximum number of sponsorships we will be allowing into this program for each site and not only business owners will have the opportunity to participate. We'll be opening this up to the general public as a method for them to increase traffic to their home pages and/or special interest pages. At $2.50/month, how soon do you think the quota for each site will be reached?
